通过手机号码定位找人基本不太可靠，尤其是网上说的，但是如果得到相关部门的批准，那就可以实施了。
下面简单介绍一下手机号码定位找人的原理
1、手机号码都是全球唯一的，没有第二个相同的号码（非法克隆号码除外），手机号码前三位是区分运营商的号段，第四位到第七位一般会是区号。
2、手机卡里存储了一串唯一的号码叫IMSI。而且每一部手机都有唯一一个设备识别码叫IMEI。
3、基站是为手机提供信号的通信设备，每个基站的信号覆盖范围都是有限的，很多个基站连续覆盖就组成了一张通信网络。每个基站都有一个号码，类似于身份证号码一样。每个省市的基站号码排序都是不一样的。
4、手机使用网络信号就需要向基站发送信息，基站验证手机卡信息后才可以使用网络，所以通过运营商的后台网络就可以查看手机号码使用哪个基站的信号，再通过三角定位的原理，就可以大概判断出手机的位置了。
网上出售的定位软件不建议购买，都是骗人的。文中我说的手机号码定位是通过运营商的后台实现的，但是如果没有权限也是不允许操作的，毕竟这是涉及个人隐私问题的，所以需要通过正规途径寻找方法。 |
